All designs produced by Lorna Boyer Design are the copyright and property of Lorna Boyer. Neither you, nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way. You may not re-sell my designs or claim them as your own.
It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain permission for any copyright material, for example quotes or poems that are to feature in your stationery.

Amends and changes:
Small amends and changes are included in the price of your quote of which Lorna Boyer Design deems reasonable. These include tweaks to text, colours and slight design changes. Any more extensive changes are subject to extra cost and left to the discretion of Lorna Boyer Design. In the case of more extensive changes being needed, you will be informed and quoted for the extra cost prior to the work being carried out. Changes cannot be made after sending to print without incurring extra charge.

Deposit:
From March 2019, I require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total design value, to secure your order. Until this is paid I cannot guarantee design time will be available. Any delay in payment may affect the turnaround time. I cannot initiate design or production until I have received the deposit. The remaining balance is due on approval of visual proofs, prior to print production.
Should an order be cancelled, I must be paid in full for any work that is either in progress or completed.
Discounts and reduced pricing:
Discounts are available through certain promotions and are limited to the time given on the discount. Lorna Boyer Design reserves the right to cease the use of a discount at any time, or to deny a discount if the order is deemed unapplicable.
Please be aware that reduced pricing (exclusive of stated discounts) may result in changes being kept to an absolute minimum to accommodate the reduced rate. This will be made at the discretion of Lorna Boyer Design.

Liability and refunds:
You are responsible for the proof reading of all text and copy in the electronic proofs supplied I cannot be held liable for any mistakes spotted after the proofs have been approved and sent to print. If changes are sent after being sent to print, additional fees will be incurred. I strongly advise that you print any pdf proofs in order to view it to the correct size. I will not begin print production until I have received written sign off from you referencing the correct proof to proceed with. Please note that I cannot accept returns due to customer input or typographical errors. When your final proof is approved you accept responsibility for any errors.
Please note that samples may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Press set-up, ink and paper can all result in small variations. Minor differences in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault or qualify for a refund.
Please be aware that colours may appear differently on screen than they will when printed. Lorna Boyer Design does offer samples and I highly recommend purchasing some before continuing with your order. Samples will not be personalized and areonly available in certain designs.
Lorna Boyer Design accepts no responsibility for the effect of ageing on the materials used or for any damage incurred by the mistreatment of products. Although we take great care in packaging your order, Lorna Boyer Design is not responsible for any damage to your stationery after it leaves our design studio. This includes damage during delivery and subsequent posting to guests.
Lorna Boyer Design print all stationery bespoke to the order and do not keep bulk versions. As a standard policy, Lorna Boyer Design will only make refunds and reprints if goods are faulty due to my error. Any faults or defects must be relayed in writing within three days of receiving your order and accompanied by photos showing the damage, and your complete stationery order returned, in its entirety, packed securely so as to avoid any damage likely to be incurred during transportation. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Lorna Boyer Design, I will of course correct or replace your stationery with the same design, or, if it is not possible to resupply your stationery with the same design, I will offer an alternative or similar replacement. Lorna Boyer Design will offer you a refund for the amount paid for the faulty part of your order if I am unable to correct or replace your stationery. Lorna Boyer Design will only offer a full refund if the order is faulty in its entirety

Harassment:
Any cases of harassment towards Lorna Boyer Design will be escalated along the following steps:
1.A written warning detailing the harassment
2.A second warning advising that your order will be cancelled without refund if continued
3.Termination of your order without refund
4.Legal action
This includes, but is not limited to, sexual harassment, the inappropriate use of my personal details and any offensive language towards gender, race or sexuality.

Using your goods to promote my business:
Lorna Boyer Design reserves the right to use any stationery I create for you to promote our products and services, in line with GDPR and our privacy policy. You will be asked before your designs are shared and sharing will not occur until after the date of the occasion unless otherwise stated. Please read our privacy policy for full details.
By placing an order with Lorna Boyer Design you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

What information do we collect
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, address, password, communications, wedding date); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Your personal data will be used only for the purpose of contacting you regarding your order or account and to provide you with our service. We will not share your data with 3rd parties unless requested.

When you use a contact form on our website, or speak to us through our social media channels, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as, but not limited to, your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. How do we communicate with you?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your order/ account, to troubleshoot problems with your order/account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys/feedback, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
